01. Ordering

You can place your order directly on our website.
If your payment is completed before 4:00 PM, the item will be dispatched the same day. Orders paid after 4:00 PM will be dispatched the following day. We process and ship orders daily.

Items that are out of stock can be tailor-made within 7–14 days from the payment date.

02. Payment

We accept orders with full prepayment only.
Our company cooperates with the Wayforpay payment system, and we accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments can also be made via PayPal.

03. Shipping

Shipping within Ukraine

All orders within Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta to a branch, parcel locker, or directly to your address via courier.
You can also pick up your order from our showroom located at:
Kyiv, Olhynska St., 6.

The shipping cost is calculated individually according to Nova Poshta tariffs and is paid by the buyer. This cost is not included in the order price.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped from Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
We deliver worldwide, except to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, and Syria.

The estimated delivery time for international orders is 20–30 days. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.
Shipping costs for international orders must be paid before dispatch according to the delivery service tariffs.

Important:
The shipping cost does not include customs clearance fees. Upon arrival in the destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the local customs authorities.
The recipient is responsible for any additional fees related to customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

04. Returns

You may exchange or return an item of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item has not been used, its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved, and all tags, seals, factory labels, and original packaging are intact. A proof of purchase must also be provided.

We do not accept returns of items that do not comply with our return policy.
Such items will be returned to the buyer.
