Shipping:
Shipping within Ukraine:
All orders within Ukraine are shipped using the "Nova Poshta" service to a branch, parcel locker, or address with a courier. Self-pickup of orders is possible from our showroom located at: Kyiv, Olhynska St., 6.
The shipping cost is calculated individually according to the tariffs of the "Nova Poshta" logistics service. The shipping fee is paid by the buyer and is not included in the order cost.
International shipping:
All international orders are shipped from Ukraine using the "Nova Poshta" service. We deliver orders worldwide, except to countries such as Russia, Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, and Syria.
The estimated delivery time for international orders is 20-30 days. We are not responsible for customs delays. For more detailed information, please contact us. The shipping cost for international orders is paid before dispatch according to the delivery service tariffs.
Please note! The shipping cost does not include customs clearance expenses. Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes by the destination country's customs service. The recipient bears additional expenses for customs clearance upon receipt. We have no control over these expenses and cannot predict their amount.

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality are conducted within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Exchange and return of goods are possible if the specified goods have not been used, their commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and original packaging are preserved, as well as with the presence of a document confirming the purchase. We do not accept returns of items that do not comply with our return policy. Such items will be returned to the buyer.
